Really nice clean parkland to visit and relax on a Sunday afternoon. Real hidden gem on the outside of the housing estate.
There were a couple of youth football matches going on with very well mannered teams on the pitches.
The Community Centre was open too, serving tea, coffee and snacks and was a overall a very cheerful place to be on a Sunday afternoon.
Dog walkers had there dogs on leads and as the grass was well maintained, there can be no pretending the dog hasn't done a poop and there were bins...
Read moreLovey little park which has a 1.4 mile pathway around the edges. The path is hard wearing so good for children on scooters or bikes. Should be noted that due to the unseasonably heavy rain fall the park is very muddy at the moment but normally is an easy walk. There is room for picnics and ball games as well as half of it being more natural for wildlife. The park is extremely clean and well kept with dog bins along the path and lots of room for dogs...
