We have had work done by Parish’s before and they’ve been great. Hannah came to spec some work today for us and she was absolutely brilliant - we had a quick chat after and Parish’s are just fantastic. There’s such a gap in understanding customers with trades usually, but it sounds like they’re on it, how she talked about customers she’s worked with was so groundbreaking. It comes from meeting people where they’re at - if having people in your space is stressful, then having the skills to spend 2 mins explaining what needs to happen makes a whole world of difference. We have been using Andy Parish's firm for a few years now after they rescued us when our old boiler failed in a cold spell. Andy himself went the extra mile to get it sorted, including getting the last model in stock at short notice. Since then we have used them for routine servicing as well as two emergency repairs. The tradesmen who have attended have all been professional, courteous, on time and generally excellent. After several years of poor service from other firms we appear to have found the ideal solution; a local firm who are small enough to provide a great quality service but are big enough to cope with demand. I will not be using this heating company again. Their repeated errors with sending their technician to the wrong addresses, on two separate occasions, caused confusion and meant they were late. The first incident was frustrating, but when it happened again, it was unacceptable.

Added to this, their failure to follow through on providing the promised service certificates, and invoice with the correct address, demonstrates an unacceptable level of incompetence. I expected professionalism and reliability, but this company has fallen far short of those basic standards. I cannot recommend them to anyone based on...
