We have been regular and decent customers for years. However after last Friday (14th of Feb) it's safe to say we won't be customers any longer. We ordered as we normally would, got a garlic cheese naan bread. Cheese burger and a chips, cheese and Donner between us. I requested that the cheese, garlic naan bread be put into a pizza box, so that it doesn't stick together, which has always been done before. Food turned up, and I queried the delivery driver why there was no pizza box and he said and I quote "aww the pizza box thing? Just phone and complain"...ok...so I opened the food, no full cheese garlic naan whatsoever, two small, pre made things, that were cold, cheese wasn't even melted which you'll see in the pictures. My partner ordered the burger (which is now a "smash burger" that they hadn't advertised on their website) and it was completely burnt to the point it was black (as you can also see in the pictures) I phoned the restaurant and spoke to the owner (Ali) who very much agreed over the phone (no doubt this will be denied) that my opinion on the food was correct, and they had made a mistake and sent his apologies, which wasn't good enough in my opinion and I told him to just forget it. Later that night we received a text message from him (which has also been shown in pictures) promising a refund due to the state and negligence of the situation. We agreed...over a week later and more discussions about the refund (including him saying he was going to send the refund through personally) we are still waiting. Absolute joke of an establishment. They have changed their menu to make things cheaper, not to improve anything from a customers point of view and even when they admit they are wrong and promise refunds, they still don't tell the truth. I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Poor food, poor customer service and poor execution for everything they try to either do or not to do. Clearly customers are second to the posh house...

Food was not labelled so didnāt know what was what. Was missing a curry. Phoned to say missing curry and couldnāt say what it was due to no labelling - adv was passing to my daughter as she knew more - Person on phone said to continue our own convo and hung up. Daughter rang back and he said he didnāt hang up that I was talking to someone else. My daughter advised I was just handing the phone. When saying we were missing a curry the gentlemen interrupted said we were wrong as he packed it him self. This continued to go back and forth. He would not listen or even acknowledge what was being said. Ended up hanging up as He just would not listen and would constantly talk over. My daughter has to share a curry with someone else because hers was missing. Everyone had chicken curries and all agreed the chicken was tough and definitely not fresh which should be especially since it took an hour to be delivered - no issue with that if it was fresh. We didnāt know whose was whose due to the no labelling and they all tasted similar too so could of ate the wrong thing. Iām not happy with the service given by the person operating on the phone.
