I have ordered from them from the pass without any major issues, but the last 2 have been what in very disappointed to say, at least.. 2nd last delivery turned up late to say had to change vehicle due to low immision zone. Erm, I'm not even in it . Delivery was 2 hours late on Saturday. Last week was shocking. Place order went threw with no problems email them to say to leave with neighbour as I'm out all day. It never showed up. No phone call, no emails, no nothing. Apparently, my order was cancelled due to an error saying I'm n the g40 area. Nope, I'm not. I'm in g4. Order was cancelled and never told me. But they kept the money. I received a phone call n then an email. On Monday. Told em to cancel n want a refund. This is Tuesday, no refund .. absolutely disgusting. They have now sent an email saying they had refunded me, but the bank app says it hasn't.... Will never go...
Read moreI done an online order today for delivery. The ordered was delivered and one item seemed to be missing. I spoke to the driver who checked back my order and said that I actually hadn’t ordered it. I’m embarrassed to say he was right and it was my mistake. I was slightly annoyed at the time as I thought I was right. An hour later the man returned to my door with the missing item which he definitely didn’t need to do as it was completely my fault.
