Firstly, i will say that the food wasnt half bad. It was hot and everything we ordered was present. However we ordered our food at 5:45pm and didn't receive it until 7:45pm, so 2 hours after we initially ordered and and 1 hour and 15 mins after our supposed delivery time (6:30pm). We called the restaurant twice to receive extremely poor customer service which was very rude as we were told "the longer we were on the phone, the less time they had to make our food" and then for a child to answer the phone the second time. Awful they accepted my order online sent me 2 updates delivery times. Ordered 18:11 chased them up at 8pm 15 mins after latest delivery time to be told they lost order wait another 20 mins so rude Took my £30’online and never sent food

Over 2 hours for food to never even arrive was for my daughters to celebrate too

Be cautious of online orders they seem to be known for only dealing with cash only and the ordered online deliveries payments never show up and they never refund your money.
