We were looking for a small but nice item to give to a friend as a memorial for the loss of her cat. We found engraved stones on the Folksy website and promptly ordered one. I'd never ordered anything via this website so was unprepared for what followed. What an unbelievable good service from Ginger Loaf Crafts. Very prompt email response, confirmation of what had been requested, advised that the stone would be completed the same day and put out for delivery the next morning using 48hr service. Nick and I had a couple of emails between us, only saying this to show the level of communications. The stone duly arrived 2 days later and was perfect for what we wanted. It was also superbly packed. I cannot fault anything about my dealings with Nick & Ginger Loaf Crafts. A breath of fresh air. An online service which had a fantastic personal touch to it. Lovely coasters. Forest one for hubby, Spurs for me! Look great on our glass topped table. Because they are dark, they're not obtrusive so can be left out without looking like clutter!
