Hinton Hideaways…. Where do I start? By far my favourite find of the year! ||My partner and I booked to stay in The Birdhouse back in October. We loved our stay so much we extended by a further night and had booked a return visit before we had even arrived home from the first. ||The Birdhouse is absolutely gorgeous - the perfect place for a cosy weekend away and to switch off from our hectic jobs back home. It was well equipped and the hot tub location is just magical! ||We stayed in Owl Cabin for our second visit. We opted for this as we were staying over Christmas and it’s a lot more spacious inside (made cooking Christmas dinner a lot easier). It was an absolute dream and the perfect place to spend Christmas. ||Paul and Jane went above and beyond and provided us with lots of extras to make our stay even more enchanting. ||With the Christmas tree up and the log burner going, it really did feel like we were in a movie. All we needed was some snow! ||I cannot thank Paul and Jane enough for two fabulous trips. I recommend Hinton Hideaways to anyone who will listen and we cannot wait to return to try out Hidden House! ||5* location, 5* accommodation...

We had the best time at Hinton Hideaways and would 100% recommend if you are looking for a private and peaceful getaway. Everything was well thought out and attention to detail was lovely in our accom. We stayed in The Nest which I would recommend as you have an open view of the fields which is beautiful. We made the most of the wood fired hot tub, wood fire and marshmellows, out door tub and woodland sauna even though it was stormy! It's perfect for people who like the adventure of doing things themselves like getting the fire started. If you are looking for 5 star hotel service with someone waiting on you hand a foot, this isn't for you but if you are looking for cosy, adventurous luxury surrounded by nature then it is. We didn't really come into contact with anyone while there which added to the element of privacy in my opinion and was a bonus but understand this isn't preferable to everyone. My partner and I very recently stayed at The Owl Lodge and I cannot put into words how beautiful our short stay was! |As I currently work aboard ship as a vocalist/entertainer we get very little time together so he booked this retreat to spend some quality time together and reconnect, and I have to say...you most definitely DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!|Right from the get go, we were greeted with stunning scenic countryside and wonderful service, our breath was truly taken but then we saw the lodge! I was slightly scared that the pictures we booked you through were "too good to be true" but I was completely wrong. It was everything and more than expected!
