Appalling service. The manager is very rude and threatening. We ordered food and it came late then when it came one order was completely wrong. My sister phoned to complain and he argued with her and threatened her saying he wouldn't refund her order or send a replacement. I then phoned to resolve the issue as my sister was upset and the manager threatened me also and gave me attitude while I tried to be patient and calmly resolve the problem. He stated we weren't listening to him and that he refuses to ever serve this household again baring in mind my sister is only here for a visit. I asked him why he is shouting at me like that and he justified his attitude and aggression by stating I'm from the same household so I must be as horrible as my sister. That was ridiculous he did not give me a chance as a different customer and lumped me into a group of people he hates even though all I did was try to resolve the issue. Very poor service. Have previously ordered a set meal and did not receive Gulab Jaman - also chicken tikka Karahi was not tikka. It was no biggy but when we ordered again - advised had not received desert with last order and that chicken was not tikka. Was assured this would be resolved and that would receive extra dessert this time. So far so good. Until my wife started to eat her curry which was loaded with green chillies to the extent it was basically inedible. Called to advise on the curry and was told we had ordered desi style (we had not) in fact on the previous order we had been offered desi style and declined. Told this was the way the curry was always made and that 'our customers' like it and dealt with extremely dismissively. Previous complaint was also brought up.

My wife had previously enjoyed the Karai curry twice before and this was 100% different from before. I was disappointed with the garlic chilli chicken curry.

In summary the kebabs are very good curries are hit and miss service is 0/10.

Usually I don't really bother with reviews of take away joints, mainly because I never have high expectations, this one however has been so bad on two occasions I've decided to do a quick one.

We have ordered twice via the web, once from just eat and another via their own site. Both occasions resulted in incorrect orders.

The first time they didn't put the chips and cheese in the mixed twisted hoggie wrap. Second time no chips, cheese or salad in the same wrap and salad missing from the burger, also to top things off they forgot to add the drinks to the order.

Luckily this time we checked before leaving and when we said the order was incorrect the answer was that it must be us making the error...eh no don't think so.

It gets better, after them bringing the now fixed order out we left. Guess what....still wrong, still no salad!

If you order anything from this place check it before you leave, I can almost guarantee it'll be wrong in some way. ...
