I ordered a crab meat sweet corn soup, salt and pepper spring rolls, and crispy shredded prawn in a chilli sauce.

The food arrived within the delivery time frame and arrived piping hot which was great.

Crispy shredded prawn in chilli sauce: This didn't look like the photo in the menu which looked crispy with a little bit of sauce... what I received was the opposite of crispy and drenched in a sweet and sour tasting sauce (which is also too salty!). Perhaps they could separate the prawns from the sauce so that they arrive crispy.

Crab meat sweet corn soup: This doesn't have crab meat, but instead, crab sticks - If I knew this I probably wouldn't have ordered! Although on tasting the soup, the soup is tasty and the egg is fresh.

We received a leaflet through the door for this takeaway and I am SO GLAD we decided to give it a try!! The food was absolutely phenomenal! We got the salt and pepper chicken balls, salt and pepper chips, chicken katsu chow mein and the egg fried rice, our order came to £25.50 including delivery. The food was so fresh and tasty, the portions were so massive that my boyfriend and I barely made a dent. I think I’ve found my new local chinese!! Delivery time not great about 1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 dish and I'm only maybe 10 minutes away if that. Anyway was it worth the wait certainly not spicy breast of chicken chow mein not so much spicy all I could taste was garlic. Will I be back no I won't I will stick with Peggy's on maryhill road just happened to be she is closed today and I really want a chow mein however in future I will wait until she's open nothing compares to Peggy's it's amazing and a little cheaper.
