Now that the Clay Pits has been regenerated. It is must better for walking , cycling , fishing, boating and dare I say it but dog walking. I say this as I hope it dosent turn into the way some parks are. Where people are are scared to sit on the grass. Great wee area to introduce the little ones to nature. Plenty of places to have a seat and there's a big & small chute for the kids to enjoy. Only thing I find a shame is that before the regeneration there used to be wild dear that would gather in this area and it was a joy to see them. Right in the middle of Glasgow. Can't see them coming back due to all the Human & dog traffic but...
Read moreThe new paths and ongoing works are welcome and encourage people to enjoy this space. It really realty needs a little coffee shop or ice cream shop and some benches (profits obviously to go to conservation efforts) so that people will spend more time there.
