Collected order. Got home to find no rice(the basic essential for a Chinese takeaway). When I rang up they said I could come back and get it! The rest of the meal would have been cold if I did that. I asked for them to deliver it and it arrived 35mins later when we had already finished (otherwise it would have been stone cold). We couldn’t win either way. Pretty poor considering it was hardly a large order. The food was good but spoilt by not being checked and follow up was poor. Had another takeaway last night10/12. Ordered online at 17.35 for 18.15 collection. Arrived at 16.15. Told by the young lad behind the counter who had zero customer service skills “ it won’t be a moment). Actually given the food at 18.40 and no apology for the delay. I try and support local business but guess it’s back to the town takeaways. Such a shame as the food...

We have used a couple of times now and have found the food very good at reasonable prices I had the chicken and pork chow mein with the bbq in large tub it was 7.20 absolutely mazzive and had loads of meat will be getting that again as was yummy only downside we ordered for a certain time when we got in there at time we ordered for they had literally only just accepted the order so we went to shop next door came back and nobody was at counter they could see us there but just ignored us to the point 3 separate people in the que behind us left even if your busy you don't...

Truly shocking! I would give 0 if I could. So I get it is new years eve and things get busy, but to place an order at 6, then get an email saying collect in 20 minutes, to find myself waiting over 1 hour and 40 minutes. A que full of people waiting similar times. In the end I asked for a refund and left as my order wasn't even being made and was far back in the que.

I don't mind waiting but to be told repeatedly that It will be done in 20 minutes and then 10 and then 20, is just shocking. I get places get busy but my gosh! Went somewhere else in the end and food was honestly done...
