Ordered a box for Christmas for my dog and it arrived on the 21st January. Royal Mail strikes to blame not Marley, but emails to the company to enquire about the product largely went unanswered ( I did eventually get one response asking me to wait a bit longer which I agreed to even though I’d already waited 3 weeks before contacting them), but i had to continuously chase and after hearing nothing for another few weeks I apologetically asked for a refund on the 20th and the box then miraculously turned up on the 21st. I’ve had zero comms so not sure if this was the original box finally arriving or they dispatched a new one but I guess I’ll never know. Realise things go wrong and realise it wasn’t the company’s fault. But customer service goes a long way too, and answering the odd email and letting your customers know you haven’t forgotten them goes even further. Yes, you can’t go to Marley & Co without taking your dog…however be mindful that your dog will not want to leave! The owners are on first name terms with all their customers, both furry and human. From the welcome you receive to the products you select it’s clear you’re in the best hands when shopping here. Their expertise are all engineered to supplying what is best for your pets. 5 stars doesn’t quite feel enough for what this shop gives you. That’s testament to the owners who constantly source the best natural products you’ll need that has the health and wellbeing of our furry friends right at the heart. Incredible quality. I gave my Pug one of the treats and within minutes she looked at me in the way only Audrey Hepburn could (if she was a dog) and actually spoke in a cut glass British accent, she said 'you know what? This isn't half bad'. Obviously, I was amazed and said 'why have you waited 13 years to speak?'
