After waiting an hour for delivery, we were extremely disappointed to find that the entire order was incorrect. Just two out of nine items were correct.

We immediately contacted the shop to address this, only to be told they had no history of the order ever having existed.

They told us they would call us back as soon as they had traced the order, only to never contact us.

We had to contact them after 15 minutes of waiting, to cancel the order completely. There was no sense of urgency or apologies communicated. The delivery driver finally returned to pick up the incorrect order, more than 40 minutes after the initial delivery.

This was our second order with the Rhondon that was incorrect.

APPALLING! DO NOT ORDER! Ordered food on a 60 minute delivery. 2 hours and no sign of it. Driver called and mumbled that he couldn't find our house number after 1.5 hours and never showed! Refund refused. Lesson learned will never use them again! Should you wish to discuss this review please call me as I cannot reply to your post. My husband and son went to your shop last night and demanded a refund....they returned with £25 cash 2.5 hours after I had ordered. I have raved about the food from here for years but i'll never order from here again now. The Tia Masala was weird, like a tin of Heinz tomato soup poured over some old re-heated chicken. I never received the naan bread, instead they sent a bare pizza base folded in half and some dry garlic slices in the bottom of the bag! Delivery driver was REALLY creepy, after i took the bag and said thank you he stood for a long time at my door, smiling weirdly and looking me up and down.
