Been fine with this place before, ordered tonight at 5:40 through uber eats expected 6:10, phoned at 6:40 when there was no progress, was told it was still being made (a munchy box and some onion rings shouldnt take an hour to cook). Phoned again at 7:20 and had to phone 10 times across 30 minutes to get a reply. He answered and said "instead of talking, give the address". I did and he said Id just have to wait, I asked for cancellation and he started shouting over me and told me its coming, I said no so he shouted more.

Eventually after an argument he agreed to cancel, was snappy with me and said "no food for you then" and hung up. Its been 20 minutes since then and still no cancellation on the app. I understand being busy or having driver issues but ignoring calls and having a hissy fit when I phone 2 hours later is a joke.

Needless to say Im not using uber eats as there is no way to get support until the orders cancelled or delivered, and Ill be warning people away from this...

Pizza is good but very miserable with the toppings. No point ordering extra toppings either as they seem to be non existent. Curry is way too salty they add far too much salt. It's a busy shop maybe that's why they are always forgetting to add the extra toppings you pay for and don't get. I bought a pizza in the shop and basically stood there for ages waiting to be served, their deliveries seem to be priority, and I didn't get the extra tomato I added to my pizza that I paid £1.20 for. Wouldn't use again as I can get a pizza just as good with a lot more toppings on...

Waited 30 minutes past delivery! 1 hour 30 minutes in total, had to phone twice for an update to get fobbed off. They don’t care about customer service and certainly not their food. The pizza was burnt on top and soggy underneath.. pizza and pakora both cold. Pakora inedible, chicken stingy and rubbery. Avoid this place at all costs or you will be disappointed! I should have read the reviews beforehand. Much better places in the east end of Glasgow. £20 quid for that, needless to say it went in...
