Rowans Deli — Restaurant in Scotland

I have always found Rowan’s to be pricey but we got a shock today when my husband was way overcharged. He asked for a receipt and was only given receipt for total and had to request a breakdown receipt. He had six items and receipt showed he was charged for 9. No apology or explanation when asked how it could have happened. Another person just shouted over give him his money back!!!! How unprofessional and is this why we have always found it pricey?? Have never asked for a breakdown receipt before but would definitely recommend everyone does to ensure they aren’t be overcharged with items...

When you feel lazy and need your lunch delivered - it comes cold and you have to reheat! Uber were late. Soup was not even warm! The cheese and pickle toastie had enough sandwich pickle for 4 sandwiches paid 70p extra for gherkins and for 2 slices. The toastie was nearly burnt but the cheese inside wasn’t even melted! So so sad at this is local but I will not be using again. To pay for a lunch delivery and have to heat the soup and scrape half the filling off of a sandwich is like “why bother” a little care in presentation would...

The food is always amazing, and very quick, as long as you dont order hot food. The wait for hot food is always lengthy.
