I own my dream car that means so much to me after so many years. I drive my rs5 now & then when I feel ok. Not everyday car as it's low miles & prestin. I drove over a brick in the road at night I didn't see & it damaged my tire wheel & bust my shocker effecting my drc. I panicked as I knew I may be looking at alot of money & not had car long. I heard about unit 20 & there rep through friends about how good & qualified they are in repairing & setting up drc. I myself am an engineer for years but due to my health & age was limited to what I could do. Spoke with Martin at unit 20 who was great to talk to & reassuring. He squeezed me in following week. He also sorted me out with a comfortable courtesy car to get me around or have a sleep as I was far from home had to set off at 6am & was on walking sticks due to my operation & disabilities. Was tired. Martin made every effort to make my stay comfortable & mobile while my car was in repair. Even had the option to go home & come back next day. Within 4hrs my car was done & all set properly ready for me to collect. Quicker turn around than I expected but I gave them no pressure. I explored a bit more of Liverpools history before collecting my car. Martin even took some photos for me & showed me the old shocker damage. Martin is a brilliant guy with a brilliant small team of lads that work hard & no messing. Martin tells you exactly how it is. I have recommended unit 20 to some of my fellow friends & team mates. I'd be going back if ever need them. There is another company that does drc closer to me but I'd already booked in good faith & I'm happy with unit 20s work. I recently brought an Audi RS6 V10 that quickly developed the dreaded oil pump leak (uh oh) Having heard of unit 20 before and my car coming with plenty of historic receipts from these guys including a remap (which is fun!) I booked my car in 3/4 weeks in advance with Martin who kindly agreed to my needs of dropping off on a Saturday and loaning me a courtesy car as I’m not exactly local to them. I should add at this point I was very late dropping the car off but no fuss was made on their part. 2/3 days later got the shout your car is ready. Once again easy process of exchange of keys and even gave me some coolant and extra oil just in case car decided it wanted more ( it did!) Only been here once but after speaking to them and after a quick chat with an existing customer I already feel totally confident in their work and needless to say my car won’t be going anywhere else whilst under my ownership. Highly recommend you give them a shout. Know these cars inside...

Booked my wife’s car in to have cruise control fitted . Waited nearly three weeks to get it in . Took the a day off work . Arrived on the morning of the pre booked date , booked the car in on arrival they explained that they would start the retro fit of the cruise control in about half an hour pointed me in the direction of the cafe and off I went . On returning and standing round for a further 15 minutes 🧐 they came out to inform me that they didn’t have the parts that is was on BACK ORDER from Audi . Nobody had the inclination to phone me . or text me . or email me . or WhatsApp me , send a carrier pigeon . to say don’t bother driving 120 miles for nothing . On my arrival home I phoned the local Audi dealership to ask if they had the parts 🤔 . Praise the Lord by a miracle of God they said 😳 yes SIR they are not on BACK ORDER...
