well, where do I even start? This is the only place that manages to mess up my order everytime I order from them and I only order from them because they're just round the corner so it's easier but yes I've learnt my lesson... never again. Then when you phone and say it's wrong they say they'll fix it but it doesn't get settled unless you argue with them to get it done and the women's attitudes disgusting and what they give you to try and fix it is disgusting. Stop buying their food. Ps this was suppose to be plain chicken and just salad...

In order to right a review I'd to give one star but this deserves nothing..I ordered a chicken tikua on chip last night and it was uneatable..the chips were burnt black and the chicken was rock hard ..i can honestlysay it was the worse thing I've ever recieved..I'd advise people to stay clear and I seriously think the health board should inspect this place..when I rang to tell them and show them, as I kept the sorry excuse of a meal..they were uncooperative, abrupt and told me to get my money back from just eat...fair warning stay...

Ordered through the app waited an hour then phoned to find out were order is. Got told they didn’t receive an order and terrible telephone manners got told she didn’t believe me.I told her I have the proof via the bank then she sent out the order and I had to show the driver proof of the order and the driver was told to take a photo of my proof most of the food was lovely apart from the long black hair in the kebab. used to get Ali’s all the time it used to be the best around not anymore...
