I had a bit of a problem with a TCL TV, TCL were the bad guys in this situation for not standing over a warranty dispute, which eventually turned into a Credit Note for Dalzells. Tim of Dalzells was a pleasure to deal with. He provided solid advice on alternative brands/models as I wanted to stray away from TCL. I noticed the model of TV I wanted (LG C5) wasn't appearing on there online store, he quickly confirmed that they could order this in for me. Very accommodating and quick response times to my emails and calls. I would purchase future electronics from them in a heartbeat. I can totally recommend dalzells of Markethill for excellent customer care and service. I needed a replacement remote control for my Sherborne chair which I bought several years ago in Dalzells. I called on Monday of this week and spoke with Sharon. She ordered a replacement for me and said it should be in by the end of the week. I got a call from her this morning, Thurs, to say the control had arrived. I collected it before lunchtime, have it fitted and my chair is working perfectly again. I would choose zero but the lowest option is one. My mother in law (95 and a half years old) purchased a washing machine from Dalzell’s. They delivered the machine. Yes deposited the machine boxed in middle of her kitchen floor and left. Zero service, zero customer care. Useless. Dalzells have replied to my review. That is good.
