Food is hearty and fresh. Have been a few times and was not disappointed each time. The desserts, scones, traybakes and selection of pies to take home is fabulous. Great wee place with local artists works decorating the walls. Love seeing local talent being spotlighted. My mum particularly loved the lemon meringue and I enjoyed the fresh apple tart with cream.

We were asked to wait a few minutes on a table (perfectly acceptable, there were 6 of us) the staff were very nice about it, very apologetic.
