I shopped in Nisa, Cullybackey Road, Ballymena today and at the checkout I was so disappointed that the checkout assistant just threw my groceries one item after the other in a careless manner. She didn't offer to help me pack either and I had a small child with me that I had to keep an eye on. The cashier didn't seem to care that I was frustrated at her lack of customer service and care. She dumped my heavy items in top of more fragile items like bread and biscuits! My total was over 120 pounds but she didn't seem to care! There was only one till operating and a queue began to form behind me and another customer became impatient at me struggling to get my shopping into my bags! I spoke to management and hope they check this behaviour in their cashiers! It's not good enough and more respect and attention should have been shown to me the customer and help to pack would have been good too. Perhaps at busy times a second and third till should be opened. I am hesitant to shop at Nisa again after this experience. Superb selection of everything plus a butcher on site and lots of freshly prepared home made food to go, hot & cold. Did I mention proper fresh coffee? Lots of space to move around and plenty of checkouts so no queues to speak of. Plenty of parking outside and across the road, including disable spaces by the door.
