Nathan and Fenton - came to cater for our hen party Friday - first of all wanted to say thanks as I has a nightmare with the venue who cancelled me the tuesday before - and Nathan was great and just swapped venues no fuss no charge. Very grateful. Also I asked for something they didn't advertise and hadn't done before as I had an idea for our night. They provided an Amazing "street food buffet" with no real direction from me because I'm so laid back with the do as you please attitude as long as it fit the theme. Booked this company to cater for 16 people for a 60th birthday meal. Company didn't turn up at the time they had stated. Got in touch with them and we were told they had no record of our booking on their spreadsheet. Offered to bring us pizza's but as we were 1 and 1/2 hours away from them that wasn't an option. They refunded all our money but have offered us no compensation and an apology which seemed more interested in blaming technology. Would not...
