Visited today and paid for a family of 4 to do the 2 hour package which includes, slush puppy drink each, 5 tokens to use on the arcade section each and 2 games of laser tag which commence after your 2 hours in the arena play area.

It can be expensive but this is very much one of those places you would only visit as a treat for the kids maybe once very 8-12 weeks.

The arena is a substantial size, there is no queuing to use the slides or the other play areas. There is only initial queuing to sign in and get to the lockers. Your waiting time will be approximately 10mins. The lockers you pay via card, 2 and half hours use for £4.00

Don't be fooled, this is not just for the smaller kids, this place certainly brings out the inner child in us adults or parents. Plenty of variety for everyone.

If you're not upto participating then you can pay the spectators fee and have the kids in your line of sight so you won't lose them.

Ultimately a great experience and fun for all the family. The only thing I would say is that they just need a visible clear sign or banner to highlight where they are located. However, the staff were great and very welcoming, no doubt under some pressure with the place recently just opening but they were all great.

Best soft play ever!! Don’t think, just book it! You won’t regret it! Took my 6 year old Saturday, we booked 2 hours and we had a blast! 1 hour was definitely not enough to do it all.

The place is absolutely huge, not once was we disappointed with anything. There’s so much to do, customer service was great! Staff on every part of the okay stations for extra safety which I really liked!

Food and drink is what you’d expect to pay in a pub, maybe slightly cheaper so can’t complain there.

There’s lockers you can pay £2.50 for with your card for 2.5hrs to keep your belongings safe. More than enough parking too!

I had such an incredible time at Flip Out! The place was spotless, full of energy, and had something fun for everyone — from trampolines and slides to the soft play and foam pits. Everything felt really well organized and safe, and the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement.

A special shout-out to Rebaz, who made our visit even better. He was so friendly, welcoming, and clearly loves his job!
