Mojo's Takeaway — Local services in Leeds

Absolutely apaling service i waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food so i called the take away just for the person on the other end to be rude and obnoxious and tell me i was told it would be an hour when he didnt so i told him it had been an hour and 15 minutes he said it is on its way so i waited another 10 minutes still nothing again i called back to be told the driver was really busy and wouldn't be with me for at least another half an hour so he will cancel the order so i said fair enough and hung up ..... i was just about to order from somewere else on just eat the driver from mojos called me to tell me he was downstairs and could i come down i informed him i have a 7 month old daughter in bed can he bring it up to be told no so i got my daughter out of bed and went down for it as it was quicker than ordering from somewere else so 1. the waiting time was ridiculous (an hour and a half) and 2. The staff are seriously rude never again will i order from here and if anyone i know tells me they are thinking of ordering i will be telling them to well and...

I have been a customer of this takeaway for 5 years. I moved house from ls14 to ls8 and started to get charged delivery. One night before I ordered I actually checked how far away mojos is by car and satellite navigation showed we was 2.9 miles away still supposed to get free delivery but charged £1 delivery per takeaway. We used to order about 2-4 takeaways a month so that's alot of extra delivery charges that I didn't need to pay. Over a year do the math. I spoke to the manager and he was so rude to me and insisted we are 3.1 miles away and will not get free delivery.

I have been conned out of alot of free delivery. As always we enjoyed our kebabs but it is a bitter shame we won't order from Mojo's again after this. Well gutted. No free delivery for 0.1 miles over not according to this. The food is always good and delicious and hot. Sorry Mojo's but no I'm not coming back to you now I am too disappointed in the managers attitude and will openly discuss...

Asked for a plain large chips and they were delivered NOT plain and there was no notice on the menu that the chips came with any spice or sauce on top, when we rang to say they messed up our order then accused us of being liars and ended the phone call and now we have a child at our house starving because their order was wrong. Staff on the other line was very aggressive, we received foul language with verbal abuse, VERY APPALLING and we revived no intention of helping our situation CAUSED by them not listening carefully...
