Lovely beach….. there are dog limitations on summer months on parts of it which is good, shame most dog owners don’t listen so expect to see a few mutts run up to you and an owner running after them saying “ ohh she young, she’s just excited “, there’s Rock pools and sand areas, tonnes of sea glass to collect ( the good kind) car park at the base can be a nightmare and the road from the main road down can become narrow because of people parking on the sides, the cafe is nice as well and the have toilets at the car park which is as clean as could be

Lovely, sandy stretch of the beach which is not crowded until you walk down to Harlech. Popular for dog walkers.

Easier access than Harlech beach so good for those who struggle with the dunes. In the summer it's split in to dog friendly/non dog friendly sections although not strictly followed. Clean bathing water, lots of seaweed and rocks this end though. Toilets in the car park and a handy cafe that serves fresh ice cream, lollies, coffee/tea and light food. Parking is paid in car park but can park along the verge further up the road (it gets incredibly busy during peak holiday season)

Nothing more than chance brought us to this beautiful quiet beach, with all you need for your children and yourself for a great day out, the car park could not be closer to the beach, and a lovely cafe, public toilets (sadly they are in need of a little more attendance) if you are a lone traveller you will find your serenity, if you are a couple this place will be forever a have lovely memories, and if a family this is where you can make memories for your children and your children's children, this is a place that we will always return, clearly our failed trip to Harlech castle was meant to be, we are going back tomorrow, this has brought us closer together, the Chapel which is close to the beach entrance is very old and well worth the visit I signed the visitors book, and what an amazing experience I had, please visit in peace, and take nothing more than your memories, and am so looking forward to...

We went down on a murky, drizzly day after driving past it for years. It's a hidden gem (it is really small and pretty) and a little car park right next to the beach and a handy loo. Nice looking café too but we didn't stop in today. Tide was just going out so there wasn't tons of sand and it's rocky in places. Good for pretty shells left on the high tide line. Great doggy walks on the RHS of the beach. Dogs barred from turning left peak season but that didn't appear to stop folks when we were there but there are paths in the field next to the beach heading that way towards the marina if you're happy to follow instructions. We liked it and will pop back on...
