I have a 7 year old crossbread with difficult fur and a nervous disposition. I have tried many groomers and he either came out looking terrified or was caged. I tried this one and have never looked back, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only does he come out looking handsome and smelling lovely but he comes out as happy as a dog with a nervous disposition can. When I shop on her lives my dog looks for her voice which tells me a lot about the good energy she gives out. She is fast, caring and can't be beat on prices. I have tried all aspects of this business from grooming at the shop, mobile grooming, doggy ice cream van and her FB lives and all are brilliant. I've never met such a hardworking kind groomer that treats the animals in her care with the respect they deserve. If you take your dog on or near national celebrations like poppy day, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's day you get a lovely pic on FB of your dog with a fitting background after the groom which is a lovely touch. Selfishly I hope she never moves so my dog has the best...

I have used Poochie Palace for 6 years,.I chose it in the beginning as it was cageless for the dog, The grooms my dog had received have always been fantastic, Emma is patient and understanding of my dogs needs, treating her with love and kindness to help her overcome her nerves of being around other dogs and people and cuts her just right everytime. I always get a speedy replt when asking for available dates to book Cookie in and Emma will always try and accommodatea time I need if she can. will never take my girl anywhere else. Poochie Palace go above and beyond with every groom. The selection of treats toys etc are brilliant and I love getting Cookie stocking fillers...
