Greggs — Restaurant in London

This is the second time I have not received what I had ordered. I had ordered among other things a chicken bake, but when I got back to work to eat my lunch they had substituted it for a sausage roll again but charged me the 50p extra for the price of a chicken bake. By the time I get to work I don't have time to drive back to change my order but I shouldn't have to check all the bags each time.

This has happened twice with two different servers which is really not on as it shows they either don't listen to what you order and assume you want a sausage roll every time or they can't tell the difference between their own products.

Staff are abysmal, service is atrocious. Today they were closed for an hour mid morning because they were, and i quote, ''waiting for the food to cook''.... I'm sorry, excuse me?
