shocking place gone right down hill not been for ages then decided to give them another go wish would have just got £25 and just burnt it chips pale and soaked in grease when bit into them, cheese n onion pie brought out of the back as ran out in the window , which was microwaved, tea spoon of curry on the chips absolutly shocking will not go back there, couple of staff ok others cant be bothered think they forget about the customer service, and seem to have to finish there conversation with...

Very friendly staff but they only take cash so I had to go back to the car and borrow the money ,bought my granddaughter a child's meal it was burger and chips ,I expected a burger on a bun but I was just a burger that tasted like it had been deep fried ,the chips were not the best and the drink was a cheap tip top carton drink , it was 4.40 and to be honest McDonald's would of been a cheaper and better option.sorry won't be going...

Excellent customer service, clean and tidy take premises. Reasonably priced.

Free parking immediately outside the take away, on a prominent and busy main road location.

I tried the cod and chips with a coke, which came to £6.25. The food was served fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately they don’t sell haddock or other fish, but overall ‘Thompsons’, is a decent chippie, that I am happy...
