The tarn, the fell and the song. Secluded and stunning, a fairly large tarn with loads of wildlife and loads of places to stop and admire the surroundings. The fells offer brilliant views and after a final steep ascent, a lofty perch to admire the tarn. And if you are like me, you will sing Angle Park by Big Country while you are there, with just a slight change to the lyrics!!! And don't forget to bag that...
