Richard, a big thank you to you and Benedicte for your hard work in catering for my father’s birthday party on Saturday evening. He really enjoyed it! Every aspect of the service you provided was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious - everyone said how much they enjoyed every course (and I’m so glad we opted for 5 courses). I really appreciated your good humour and can-do attitude in setting up the evening - including adapting the menu to provide vegan options and dealing with the somewhat challenging cooking facililties. Benedicte was also wonderfully attentive in serving the food and wine and in setting/clearing the table. And I can’t believe how tidy and clean you left everything at the end. What a fantastic weekend we had with Richard preparing every meal for us from Friday evening to Sunday lunch time. He was so friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely amazing. All of our guests commented that the wonderful meals that Richard prepared were one of the highlights of the weekend. He arrived early for every meal, prepared everything with fresh food and was happy to be flexible with serving times. Everything was washed up and cleared away after each meal. This was a very special occasion for us and our family and Richard and his wife (who served the food at table for us) enhanced our whole experience. Wow, what can I say? Richard and his team provided the most delicious food for my 60th birthday dinner party. The service was excellent, my kitchen was left immaculate and Richard and his colleague were very personable. I can't fault anything and the whole process was so simple.
