What they serve here is an insult to food, customers, and basic human decency: one sad, paper-thin slice of meat, hacked in half and brazenly sold as “two pieces.” Even the cashier — nice guy, clearly embarrassed — admitted the owner is a cheapskate.

The food? Tasteless. The rice? Dry, clumpy filler that belongs in the bin. The salad? Limp, lifeless scraps that taste like fridge air. And those glossy, mouth-watering photos on the menu? A straight-up scam — the reality looks nothing like them. It’s laughable… Place doesn’t look hygienic either, makes you wonder what’s going in the kitchen…

The reality doesn’t even live in the same postcode as the pictures. except you’re the one paying for the joke. Total rip-off. Also no tissues or folks for £25 of food, had to ask for it even though it should have been complimentary…🤣🤦‍♂️ however they serve the pizza in town, think they should stick to that.

Photos 1, 2 & 3 are from Big Boys Pizza clearly show meat sliced paper-thin, barely enough to call it a proper serving. In contrast, photos 4 and 5 is from other takeaways and restaurants at the same price feature generous portions of real, quality meat and fresh salads—not stale leftovers...

Been ordering from here for around 7 years as pizzas are generally good. Yesterday I used their TG6 offer which gives you £6 off a £30 minimum spend. I went through the process online and checked out with a charge of £24.95 but had £30.95 deducted from my account!!! This is the second time this has happened. However, on arrival at the shop ( collection order) the shutter was broken and halfway down which i didn’t notice as I had my hood up and walked into it cutting my head. On entering the shop a little dazed I was greeted by an employee telling me there was a warning sign on the shutter, it was on A4 paper and not even in bold pen .
