Have ordered from this takeaway for over a year & never ever had a wrong order, Tonight i rang and it was a different story. New member of staff on the phone its usually a lovely girl, tonight it was a man who had zero customer service skills. & quite frankly shouldnt have been allowed near the phone he Spoke to me like i was actually muck on his shoe & then continued to say i lied about what i ordered after asking for a chicken chow mein no veg i recieved a portion of plain noodles, if i wanted plain i would have asked for plain noodles THEN he went on to laugh at me on the phone after saying i will now have no meal So i will now never ever order from here again...

I’ve used this shop for ages order same food everynight . I realised my food was wrong so I rang back up after saying they would change it the owner had the most horrible attitude blaming me saying it’s my fault when I never in a million years ask for this food I was in total shock I’m one of there best customer so I said if ur going to speak to me like that all not use u no more . I sat and waited for my proper order to come and nothing came I rang my friend who was at the shop and he could see the owner shutting up ten min early going home not even bothered sorting my order out . Foaming isn’t the word and thsts how he treats a regular if not...

Friend lives quite close, ordered for pick up. Cash and bank transfer available as payment. Ordered food for 3 adults, came to just over £30. Chicken chow mein, slat and pepper chicken with fried rice and curry sauce and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. All really enjoyed it, flavourfull and will be ordering...
