Little Hill Fish Bar — Local services in Oadby and Wigston

Cash only! We were disappointed by this but luckily weren't too far from home to go grab cash.

I was surprised that the food is all precooked and waiting in a bain marie, so it's not fresh.. But the taste and resulting super quick service made up for it.

We ordered a large fish and chips + pineapple ring which was more than enough for 2 of us to share. Considering this, we were happy with the price.

The chips were my fav kind: thick cut. Fish was good and had the perfect amount of batter. Pineapple ring wasn't the best, but ok. Wasn't too oily overall.

Service was quick and friendly.

Excellent chip shop, usually use wigston chip shop as its close but went there to be told no chips left and kebab meat machine switched off ! it was 9pm... so drove to Little Hill Fish Bar. Recently had fish and chips from here with family. It was horrible, the chips were undercooked and the oil made us sick. The oil tasted bad and made us feel as if it was lining our stomachs and we were physically sick. They need to look at how fresh their oil is. Would not recommend this...
