5 star experience and hospitality at Black Hawk last night. I took my 10 and 9 year old children for VR experience and Escape room and was a great choice. Zoe and Paul the owners made us feel so welcomed, they were patient and thoughtful throughout. Children loved VR experience, and escape room took us to another level(got lock in!). Although I learnt that I nag a lot🤣, we all agreed that it was a great laugh. Plenty of parking, think they do serve food&drinks we didn't need this time. We’ve been to 2 different birthday parties at Black Hawk Laser now and both have been fantastic, with a Call of Duty theme. The children had amazing fun and want to go back again, may well be doing a family visit too. The “arena” layout is great with a balcony you can see into the arena from, or there are TVs in the eating area with live cameras feeds. Fantastic place. My son had his 10th birthday celebrations here and all the children had a brilliant time. Paul was very patient and had them playing a variety of games to keep it interesting. Impressed with the hi tech kit; food choices for party food just great (and so easy with order on arrival) and Paul straightforward and responsive to deal with. Thank you very much.
