Biggest con going you spend a small fortune trying to get a decent shed and it's rubbish. Was lied to by the sales person told me I didn't need a platform to get the sale, when the shed turned up we needed a base to put it on. Poorly retained window leaky roof, mould ridden due to what I assume is poor ventilation, corners made out of excess bits of cladding as you could see the tongue and grooves and one corner split, nails poking out, complained and someone came round to look said they would be back and never did till I rang up again months later by that time multiple cladding panels have warped so much they have split some of the cladding has separated. When they did come round to fix some of the issues they didn't fix the roof because I couldn't prove it was leaking as it had been dry for several days prior to the visit only replaced one of the split boards as the other was "too far up" while replacing the cladding plank they split a different corner piece. Amy in the sales office was helpful in identifying a solution for supplying our shed as access was through our house. This involved pre-cutting the base and two sides into two sections and re-attaching them on site. The team - Rob and Nathan - that came to remove our existing shed and erect the new one were extremely professional and courteous and the whole process went very smoothly. I wasn't at home myself when the heavy base was laid - by a different team - but this seems to have gone smoothly too. We had a lot of rain immediately after the shed was installed in late October and the bottom of the door stuck, but Amy had Rob and Nathan come around within 24 hours and they resolved that problem out for us. Excellent Quality and Customer Service I ordered an 8ft x 6 ft Apec shed with upgrades. The upgrades were a double door one end and single the other end and damp proof membrane. The quality of the shed is very good if not the best I have seen and I am really pleased with it. The damp proof membrane upgrade is really good and helps keep the inside from getting damp. I dealt the the Sedlescombe site, and Paul was very good in answering all my queries. The two gentlemen who arrived to put up the shed were very polite and did a very good job in getting the shed built, as I had restrictive access but all was fine. I only had to wait 8 weeks for it to be built which suited me fine as I had to prepare the groundworks. This is my second skinners shed over the years and I would not go anywhere else...
