At the Farnborough Airport today in the Conference Centre was a Carp Fishing Exhibition show. There were Guest Speakers and around 100 Carp Fishing stalls all selling all types of Fishing equipment. Bivvy, camp beds, Rods, Clothing, Rods ,Reels,etc. It is called 'The Big One' ,this was the first show since Covid. Hundreds of people, so many Carp experts, unbelievable bargains of bait. Airport for the rich. Whilst I don't have a problem with that I do have an issue when they apply for vast swathes of airspace to protect their aircraft at the expense of general aviation despite there being no justification. Akin to excluding everyone else from the outside lane of the motorway. And when that airspace is granted, because the CAA is too weak to deny it, the airport is sold the very next day. Justified? I think not. And don't even get me started about the environmental impact with an average of 1.5 passengers...

Definitely one of the best FBOs on the planet. Their team is always communicating at a high level. Everyone knows what the plan is and everyone is talking to each other and thinking ahead. Super clean facilities inside the FBO and out including things like fuel trucks and even lav carts. People take pride in their jobs here.
