This place is a complete disaster — disorganized, misleading, and utterly disrespectful to the people who came in good faith. They advertised labubus for three quid, promising massive containers, which led many of us — myself included — to wake up at 5 a.m., stand in line for three hours just to get in, and then wait even longer inside. Only after all that were we told we could only get one, completely contradicting what was promised.

This isn’t just poor planning — it’s outright deception. They baited us with unrealistic claims, wasted our time, and created an unsafe, unstable environment where tempers flared and chaos ruled. People came with expectations, some even bringing family or traveling long distances, only to be met with confusion, contradiction, and disappointment.

I visited Catalog Clearance after seeing their TikTok videos, but honestly, the reality was a massive disappointment. The videos make it look clean, well-organized, and full of quality items — in person, it’s the complete opposite. The place is messy, the quality is poor, and the layout is nothing like advertised.

What really bothered me was overhearing a staff member saying she hadn’t even had a break to go to the toilet, get a drink, or eat. The manager’s response? “I don’t care, get on with your job.” Absolutely disgraceful. No basic human decency, let alone respect for their staff.

To top it off, there’s no proper disabled parking. It’s completely inaccessible and inconsiderate for anyone with mobility issues.

Drove 2 half hours got there asked about disability parking no one seemed to know what I was on about sent us right around the back to park . Some Staff rude things that was on tick tock wasn't even there asked him to put items thro till to check price as they say 80 pounds I knew it wasn't that much but wouldnt put them thro till .
