Burns Monument — Local services in Scotland

I really came here to see the Burns Monument. Turns out it's currently being refurbished. The monument is currently surrounded by scaffolding and fenced off to the public. The gardens are nice, but that's not what I wanted to see.

This is a really great place and had a great views of the Brigadoon Bridge and the river it's great have it still open to the public and it feels really authentic it's not been 'over safetied' with regulation and such.
