The truth is this a great place in the name of the great man. Effectively a car park in the back dune area. Wooded nice grassy parking area.you can enjoy all day for £2. The toilets are usually imaculate. But the big thing is the nature. The amazing salt marsh. Go there in the early summer for the flower. Walk for miles on one of the best beaches in the world. The surfing is not world class. It's good for kitesurfing and sup. One thing the place would benefit from...dare I say it a pop up eco cafe...! Don't shoot me for that. There are enough fancy pants in...

There are plenty of parking spaces and it's pretty cheap, £2.60 for the day (using the RingGo app). Lots are seating areas, a play park for children and pubic toilets that were very clean. The country park itself has varied landscapes from woodlands to grasslands and marshes, and of course the beach, so there's plenty to see and there are lots of longs walks to be had. The thing that really let it down was the abundance of dog poo left not picked up, it really was everywhere, which is completely inexcusable as there are quite a few...

Not sure what the country park entails, but my review is based around the Childrens outside play area by the car parks. My 4 and almost 2 year old loved having a play about here. The roundabout and tunnels went down a treat, and there was lots of climb on which satisfied my 2 boys who love adventures! There is a zip line, which wasn't in the boys interest yet but when we visit again and they are a bit older I suspect it will be a firm favourite, who doesn't love a park with a zip line!! Kept the boys entertained longer than...

Car park £3 all day loads of spaces, clean toilets, big adventure play park for the kids, map with directions. We went onto the beach and then along to Dunbar and back. Short walk to get into the beach, then over Belhaven bridge and along John Muir Way into Town. Lovely walk, timed it perfect with the tides. In the other direction is woodlands and more beach, will check that out next time! Great place if you like coastal outdoors! Dunbar is also a great wee town.

A great place to bring the kids or go for a walk. There is a small play park for the kids to play in and there is public restroom next to it. The place is great for wildlife watching especially birds and Butterflies. The downside of this place is there is a lot of dog walking in the area which can sometimes scare the wildlife away. Car parking £2 for the day.

The walk to this place is beautiful, sadly the moment you cross the bridge it becomes scattered with farmlands. Once you finally get into some woods there is some kind of adventure sport park ruining the beauty of the place Honestly, don't bother crossing the bridge and go explore the forest before where wild deer can be found
