Easy walk with stunning views across the St David's peninsula from the modest summit. We went up in February and had the place completely to ourselves. Starting on the road by the turnoff to the YHA, a path goes behind the YHA to the summit in about 40mins. A nice continuation is to continue, dropping off the top down a gully on the left just before the summit scramble, picking up a path east to the wall that leads north to pick up the coastal path. Follow it all the way to the headland, then follow the good path back to Whitesands. About 3 hours at an easy pace (and very little mud)

Beautiful peak to hike to! You can see all of the area 360 degrees from the top. Park your car in the Whitesands Car Park nearby (costs about 6 pounds a day).

Carn Llidi (Cairn of the Gates or Cairn of Wrath) is a large hill offering spectacular views across the Counties of Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

The climb is fairly easy, and marked by well worn tracks up from Whitesands Bay and the Coastal Path. It's certainly worth the effort on a clear day when the panoramic views are particularly...

Short walk brings you to the start of a short steep climb. Last bit needs hands to help reach the very peak. Well worth going up as far as the WW2 placement...
