Kilvey Hill, Swansea – A Hidden Gem of History and Nature
Rising above Swansea’s east side, Kilvey Hill is a breathtaking natural escape with a rich industrial past. My children & myself attend the above on a monthly basis. We meet up with the group to learn about the woodland, play games, learn how to make dens & listen to the experienced guides on 'How to survive in the woodland' the Bear Grills way! .... The children have an amazing and fun filled day. We all meet at the 'Arch' at the bottom of bon-y-maen and make our way up to the clearing at the top of Kilvey. A small fee is requested upon arrival. We absolutely love it!!
It is well worth the experience.
