We attended 2 adults with our 1 year old twins. We had no idea we needed to pay as adults as well( WHAT?!) - you should state that on your website clearly. Also, if you're charging adults (which is rediclilous) at least arrange for a coffee as part of the payment. Seriously.

We were not disappointed, the venue was welcoming upon entering. I did not expect it to be so large with multiple things to do.
Plenty of activities for children of different ages.
We spent some time in the soft play area for little ones and there were many different activies to do such as a ball pit, slides, touch piano, building blocks and other bits.

I found the food expensive for what you got, but it's the price of buisness. I would next time bring my own food/snacks.
Overall great and will definitely be...

I’ve seen my fair share of Santa’s and paid!! These guys deserve such an applause, out of nowhere came Santa and his elf and not only did the kids get to have a snowball fight with Santa! They also got to dance in the snow with him!! Just amazing guys!!! 22 years of soft play here and this place is easily one of the best!! Anytime we are back down this way we will be visiting!
