We were visiting Gloucester and I booked the Owl experience at short notice for my family of 4 during the school Easter holidays. There were 2 other people in our group and Kellie hosted us.

It lasted about 1.5 hours and we got to meet and learn about 6 different owls of various sizes and types. It was an amazing experience and Kellie was very patient and knowledgeable. My 2 children had millions of questions and she patiently answered them all. She made sure everyone managed to get enough time with each owl.
