Absolutely fantastic experience! We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Hatfield Leisure Centre and it was a huge success! Matthew was incredible - his enthusiasm and dedication to making the party special were evident from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by bringing his own printer to print out photos for us, which the kids absolutely loved!

Natasha was also brilliant, ensuring the kids had an amazing time and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The whole team were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

I've been a member at this Better Leisure Centre for a while, but the lack of attention to basic facilities is really disappointing. It's been around 45-50 days since the drinking water fountain on the gym floor stopped working. There’s a "work in progress" sign on it, but every week, only the date on the notice changes—just extending the deadline without any real progress or repair in sight.

This is just the drinking water fountain, something simple that you’d expect a gym to prioritize. If the management can’t address something this basic, it really makes you question how well they handle the rest of the facility. I hope this issue gets sorted out soon, but as of now, it’s a pretty clear sign of poor management and lack of care for...

When it comes to the gym within this leisure centre, I can say it is good. It has few machines and good selection of equipment overall. You can pretty much do any cable exercise you can think of, of course they have dumbells ranging from 6kg all the way up to 50kg. There is a chest press machine, two for shoulders and two more machines for back. The usual machines gor legs, without the lying curls one. Also the mainstream stuff for cardio, nothing crazy or unusual.

It would be great tho if they would add few more machines like the tricep pushdown one, but there is not enough space anyways...
