Jumppin Jacks Funhouse — Local services in West Suffolk

Sorry, but for the price I expected more. Compared to other nearby (Stowmarket/Ipswich/Bury) it just wasn't worth the increased cost. Great big slide in the middle and good as a parent you can see most of the play zones from the seating areas...

Note to jumppin jacks person referring to me "being on drugs" after I left the above truthful review (and previously 3 stars, now dropped to 1 for their attitude) they have clearly shown in public their level here as some other reviews have also pointed to- I was saying your prices were high compared to what is provided, including cleanliness, decor, tiredness of equipment, seating areas and cafe. However I can see how you may have misread, but calling someone on drugs is clearly NOT a good social media approach. P.s. get your facts right, currently Bury is £8.25 (that's not 3 times 4) and stow is £5.85.

Further comment by jumppin jacks management - you asked if I was on drugs which implied the same thing. If I asked your staff if they were on drugs (I am not implying this at all by the way) would you take offence? I would hope so, this is exactly what you just did to me. Think before you write. "& it seams more likely as your one of these people who expects champagne for the price of water" - I am sorry, but you are wrong, as you would see if you looked at my open and honest contributions which provide praise to those great establishments and constructive feedback to those who could do better. Also please use a spell or grammar checker to improve professionalism perception, the word you needed was "you're" as in "you are" not "your" which indicates possession, and it is "seems" not "seams" as in clothing seams. I put an honest review which you disagreed with, which is your right, however you used unprofessional retaliation, something I could expect from the 5 year olds that attend your establishment, not grown ups. Your words are only proving what other reviewers...

Just went to spend an hour here with my son for fathers day only to find out they decided to shut an hour early because it's fathers day (despite being the perfect place to go on fathers day?!?)

At least change the opening times on here so you don't waste petrol and time going.

Update - following on from my response I should point out that it was just before 3pm and the girl actualy said they were closing an hour early because it was father's day before locking the door after they had spoken to me. The last people seemed to be leaving and there was no mention of the hour before closing rule, to which I would have said their clock was a little early.

Why not just admit you either shouldn't have closed early or that you could have updated the opening hours on Google?

Perhaps whoever responded from their side didn't have...

Despite it being smaller than a six year old's waist, I can tell you how Jumping Jacks is 100 percent better than the dump truck of Fun 2 Play. Fun 2 Play? More like "Made of Clay"! Atleast it's a good location here and you can meet new people such as Americans due to the base because it's just so cramped. The downside is that I expierienced hell walking through it over and over again and I even memorized the whole funhouse within the first time on the big slide. Better than the Thetford one for sure, you slide here but there you have to push yourself like a wheelchair. I'll come back because it's close to a lot and because of the nice staff and...
