Micheldever Forest is a 270 hectare forest located in the heart of Hampshire, England. It is a popular destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and camping. The forest is also home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and birds. One of the best things about Micheldever Forest is its location. It is just a short drive from London, Southampton, and Winchester, making it a convenient getaway for families and friends. The forest is also well-connected by public transportation, making it accessible to everyone. Micheldever Forest has something to offer everyone. There are a variety of trails for hikers of all levels, from easy walks to challenging hikes. There are also several mountain biking trails, as well as a children's play area. If you're looking to camp, there are several campsites available, both with and without facilities. In addition to its outdoor activities, Micheldever Forest is also a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. There are several picnic areas, as well as a cafe and a shop. You can also book a ranger-led activity, such as a guided walk or a birdwatching session. Overall, Micheldever Forest is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Really dense with bluebells this year, and of course that also means the car park is full and lots of people parking along the road. The flowers are actually better at the far end of the wood, but few people go that far. Go to the far end of the gravel track and turn left where it bears right (at the end of the long straight), go through the tunnel under the M3 and the best display is between there and the Forestry England compound.

This is such a lovely, peaceful forest walk, especially this time of year! I love how the trees stretch straight up to the sky. The mix of green and changing yellow/gold leaves in the canopy is absolutely gorgeous—it's the perfect spot to capture the beauty of autumn. If you're looking for a relaxing, shady walk, don't miss this area!

Went to see the bluebells yesterday, but how frustrating. Car park was full and everyone was parking on the road outside both sides with no regard for how others would pass through. We could not park and walk as we had a 90 year old lady with us. Needs some sort of monitoring or restriction on parking outside if it s busy. If it wasn't t for that sure it would have been a 4/5 but it took over half an hour just to pass by. I felt sorry for road users who just wanted...
