Lavender Park Golf Centre — Local services in Winkfield

Its ok. The Driving range has Top Tracer and automatic ball loading but it can be very busy and the evenings tends to be quite rowdy with many drinking and trying to hit a ball (often teenagers). Can be very busy during the day and weekend, I've had to queue more times than I'd like. The course is a very tight pitch and putt. Greens are the same layout on each hole with 2 bunkers placed each side. Grass is not well maintained and during the hot weather, its like hitting of concrete. All Tee's are on a mat.

For me, they need to improve the communication as its poor. At the moment (first week of July) they are having building work completed and the twice this week I have tried to go to the range to be told (once I am there) that its closed. When you visit a place you expect to be treated kindly and respectfully, I mean its common human decency to be treated well, especially in a customer service environment but the treatment me and my friends received was appalling. The service staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, one of them even started to throw sexist comment at my female friend,The staff are very toxic. Don't even get me started on the food! I could have gotten a better meal at a local chicken shop and that saying a lot, saying this place ruined our evening s an understatement! After complaining to the manager he actually blamed us for coming and told us this how they treat everyone else and no one seems to mind. after this experience i'd advise anyone reading this to look else where, anywhere is...

As i was in there the place was extremely filthy nothing was cleaned, the table had crumbs, water stains and had leftovers. Very bad customer service, The staff was extremely rude. Don't get me started with the food. The food was soo horrible i wouldn't feed it to my dog, i had food poisoning and was in the toilet all day. The burger was undercooked, the fries were soggy and as i told their staff they had an attitude and they also rolled their eyes as they attempt to remake my food (they gave me a burned patty). I felt extremely unwelcomed and would not recommend anyone to go to this horrible disaster place. In the future if you want to have great time, do not come to this place.
