Great for little ones to let loose. Prices aren't too expensive either per child/adult (which is good if you have more than one child) There is an option for a meal deal included in the price for the little one to eat (small fee but worth it) Drinks, cakes and hot food e.c.t. are avaliable to order (they give you a bar code to scan to access the menu) On the menu includes dishes for vegans Portion sizes and food was fantastic and fresh as you can see in the photo. You are NOT allowed to bring your own food or drinks with you ( we genuinely missed the signs and were thoroughly told off, oops!). High chairs are accommodated. With it being a smaller play area, it made me feel comfortable/confident enough to let my other little one roam free as they were always in direct sight (making it easier for them to play whilst having the confidence to come back to where you were sitting if they needed you quickly) Under 2's bit was great for my 11 month old, though some of the older kids wanted to join in too ( everyone loves a ball pit! ) As expected, it is a little worn but kids don't care about little things like that. Overall would definitely recommend and go back as my kids loved it.

Just off the A540 with plenty of free parking outside, this is a great spot for a kids party or just soft play. The outside area was closed when we visited which was disappointing. Also, a family nearby had to stand as there wasn't enough tables for them even though they'd booked in advance. The soft play was ok, if I'm honest, much better ones found down the road in Chester and Queensferry. I had a drink and a cake which was very nice, staff seemed great. Overall, good soft play, easy to get to and ok value but if you don't mind a bit of travel you could find better.

This place is great for my 1 year old and 5 year old. The soft play equipment is great (and clean). There's good security so they can't go wandering off too far. They have the news channel on the telly and free Wi-Fi. The food and coffees are well priced and are of a high standard. As far as I know it is a family run business and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Best soft play on Wirral.

I just wanted to say leave a review and say a huuuuge thank you! We attended the Christmas party session at the weekend and it was absolutely incredible. My little two loved it, there was so much to do for all ages, the staff were amazing throughout, nothing seemed like too much bother at all and they were so inclusive. They even offered to wrap up the mince pies we didn't have time to eat so we could take them home 😍

I also wanted to highlight how at ease you made me feel about my daughters milk allergy! At most places we've found we have to check over and over if everything is safe for her, but not here - the lovely lady (whose name I didn't catch) was SO on the ball and it was honestly so refreshing. She made sure my little girl was able to have the same as all the other kids and could do the crafts too! So a huge thank you to her.

We will definitely be back to play again soon and will keep an eye out for next years Christmas party! Merry...

We have only ever been here for parties, so can only comment on our experience from that point of view. Staff have always been friendly and well organised: Checking us in from guest lists, sorting food options, and collecting gifts on arrival. The jugs of cordial on the tables for the kids is a nice touch. The play area itself is good, clean, and well maintained considering the amount of use it gets. Mini monsters is a good mid sized option for an indoor play frame. Not as big as bubbles, but does the job well, good for smaller kids. Food has always been hot and served with a smile to all the kids at the party. At the end of the party there has always been an announcement to let everyone know the party is over and it's time to go home, which is a nice touch. It's a good venue, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kids...
