Roger and his staff were AMAZING!!!! I bought a used washer and drier at their business. I got it home and the washer did not work (or so I thought). Roger immediately answered my call and began to reassure me that he would replace it. But that is not where this amazing story of customer service ends.

A week later Roger brings a new (used) washer to my house. Shovels out my back yard just to be able to get it in via my basement door. After that, he gets it in my basement and discovers I don't have a PVC pipe for my water to drain into. Instead it just went to the hole in the floor. Ah ha, problem we have. How is water not going to drain out of the washer without a pipe to provide it some gravity?

Roger, determined to provide me with a washer and drier, then heads to the local hardware store, picks up some tubing, and a level and returns to my home. Set up the tube, double checked my leveling job, and viola, I had laundry washing. No extra charge for me.

I would highly recommend him. Even if I had the opportunity to buy new in the future I probably would still go with this place. The customer service was worth every penny. Sometimes it isn't about the money you pay, save, etc. It is about who is there to help, follow through, etc. Roger did all that.
