Yesterday, we took our luci over to see Janet for a Shampoo & Haircut. I was a little hesitant to take her because luci has had previous injuries to her left leg. She previously had surgery for the Injury. I explained though to Janet she just isn't able to stand the entire time & asked if it was possible if she could do all or part of luci's haircut sitting down? The owner of this shop is very knowledgable about her job and she was easy and fun to talk to. She has worked with animals for most of her life, and she worked well with my dog. She was calm the entire time she groomed him, and I have never been happier with how my dog looked. Her staff is very friendly and approachable. I love writing good reviews and this one is mixed. They had my dogs in and out quickly which I appreciate, but I think they were very busy and going a little too fast. Both of my dogs had at least 2 nails bleeding. I know it happens because I've done it before, but they were cut way too short and more than 1 bleeding isn't good.
