If I could give less stars I would...I live across the street from this store and have been going there spending my money for a long time...30+ yrs... So this evening is Thanksgiving and I needed cigarettes, all we had was some change it was 2dollars and fifty cents in pennies.. The rest was quarters.. I've had issues with my debit card so I was unable to use it. My son in law goes over there to get cigarettes... Someone named Tammy refuses to take the change because she wanted the pennies rolled... So she refused the sale.. Instead he went to Terry's market and the guy josh was happy to take the money...I'm pretty sure that pennies are still legal cash in the United States. Needless to say Lee's grocery will no longer get any of my business nor my families business...these people are rude and incredibly lazy in my opinion...do yourself a favor and bypass this store. Go anywhere but there is my advice to you..this after 30 years of doing business with this...

I have been shopping at lees for years. There is one young girl there that I think is dating the owner and if she doesn't want to cook something for you then she doesn't. I've been told they don't cook chicken strips after 6 pm even if you are there and will pay for them ahead of time and they cook pizza until 9 pm. Unless she wants to go home we arly. There needs to be a set time for all cooked foods. The lady in the morning that cooks always cooks things on the right time. I have never went in and was told she wanted to leave early so there is no food . The other employees are great. I feel like it's time to get rid of the owners BUDDY and get someone that really...

First I had a wonderful experience, cashiers and cooks were nice and polite. One day the manager just started yelling at me out of the blue for using an outlet he had given me permission to use a week earlier (while I’d read the newspaper and eat their delicious food). Very odd. I’d overheard him previously that day telling someone he had no money in his bank account I guess he just took the problem out on me. Very disappointing as everyone else has been a...
